Tinly.in provides subscription-based services for URL shortening, QR code generation, and related link management tools. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.
1. Subscription Payments
All subscription fees are charged in advance based on the selected plan.
2. Free Trial
Where applicable, users are encouraged to evaluate the platform using any available free plan or trial before purchasing a paid subscription.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the subscription has been activated.
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment for the same subscription.
- Payment deducted but subscription not activated due to a technical issue.
- Incorrect transaction caused by a system error.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or issuing bank.
4. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation will stop future recurring billing (if applicable). The current subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods.
5. Failed Transactions
If a payment fails or is declined, access to premium features may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.
